About The Owners

Armando Escarra and Blanca Mendez, originally from Venezuela, know the importance of maintaining safe and secure records and are excited to show Miami businesses how they can benefit from The File Depot’s document management systems and great customer service.

Armando first graduated from the University of Carabobo, Venezuela with a BA in Economics and later a MBA in Marketing from UNITEC, Venezuela. Armando would like to utilize his customer service experience to get to know their customers’ needs with the goal of creating long term satisfied customers.

Blanca graduated from the University of Miami as a Broadcast Journalist but has spent most of her career in newspapers and magazines. She was the Editor in Chief with CosmoFlorida Magazine and Special Editions Editor in Chief for Notitarde. She would like to help business owners find solutions to “problems” they have, but who may not even realize that there is better system available at a lower cost.

Armando and Blanca love the outdoors and their kids. Armando is on the path to get his pilot’s license while Blanca enjoys trying the techniques she learns watching “Cooking Shows”.

They are looking forward to consulting with businesses to see if they can uncover ways for the business to spend their money more wisely on their records storage and shredding needs.
